The Tysons Stakeholders Alliance, partnering with Rotonda, is a coalition of residents, employees and members of the broader Tysons community who are dedicated to preserving the vibrancy and success of Tysons. The group actively advocates against the introduction of a harmful casino development that would negatively impact the quality of life and economic success of the region.
Paula Martino: PM Property Investments (President)
Paula Martino is the Managing Partner of PM Property Investments and current resident of The Rotonda, the first condominium community in Tysons. The Rotonda complex with 1,168 homes is just a couple of blocks from the potential site for a Tysons casino. Martino has 27 years of experience in public, government and political affairs consulting specializing in political campaigns, legislative and issues advocacy and fundraising strategies. Paula holds both a Bachelor of Science in marketing and management and a Master of Arts in art history from the University of Maryland.
Sally Horn
Sally Horn has been an active citizen participant in the development and implementation of the vision for a Tysons where people can live, work and play since 2008. She is a former President of the McLean Citizens Association and current Chair of the Greater Tysons Citizens Coalition (GTCC), a coalition of concerned citizens, organizations and communities in and around Tysons focused on ensuring the adequacy of the public infrastructure to support Tysons and the surrounding communities near Tysons and identifying major policy questions that arise in the implementation of the Tysons Comprehensive Plan update. Additionally, she is a Board Member of the Tysons Community Alliance and serves on the Tysons Transportation Service District Advisory Board. She is participating in the Tysons Stakeholders Alliance in her individual capacity and not as a representative of any of the above organizations.
Claudia Diamond: The Townhomes at Westwood Village HOA
Claudia Diamond is the longtime President of the Westwood Village Townhomes Homeowners Association, representing over one hundred households in her community. She has regularly advocated on behalf of her community in the development of Tysons, proving to be a crucial voice in safeguarding the needs of Westwood Village as Tysons grows. Additionally, she is a Board Member of the Tysons Community Alliance and serves on the Tysons Transportation Service District Advisory Board.
Andrew Pavord
Andrew Pavord is the founder and CEO of the Federal Consulting Alliance, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. As a government executive, he led budget processes for the DC Government, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. He also managed headquarters operations for the U.S. Department of Treasury and served as chief of staff to the Chief Financial Officer of the US Department of Veterans Affairs. As a consultant he focuses on the development and implementation of budget systems. Over the past ten years, he has led implementation efforts at multiple Federal agencies. He currently serves as the training coordinator for the Federal government’s Budget Line of Business. In the last three years, he has led the development of classes on over sixty budget topics and delivered instruction to over 10,000 students. He retired as a colonel in the Army Reserve after a 32-year career that included deployments to Desert Storm, Bosnia, and Afghanistan. He earned an MA in economics from George Mason University and a Ph.D. in political science from the Johns Hopkins University. He also served as Chair of the Providence District Democratic Committee from 2019 to 2023.
Danielle Lasley
Danielle Lasley is a dedicated mother of two young children, an elementary school art teacher, and a director on the Rotonda Condominiums Unit Owners Association. Having lived in the Rotonda Condominiums for the past 7 years, Lasley has become an active and engaged member of her community. She enjoys connecting with neighbors and values the close-knit atmosphere of her condominium living. In both her professional and personal life, Lasley has seen firsthand the importance of preserving the safety, peace, and family-friendly environment that is the Tysons area.
